Lifestyle precinct at Tun Razak Exchange to open in 4Q2023
The Exchange TRX, the lifestyle precinct of the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) in Kuala Lumpur, is set to launch in 4Q2023. According to developer Landlease, The Exchange TRX will have greater than 400 shops across four retail degrees, with 1.3 million sq ft of full net lettable place.
The Exchange TRX will have a 10-acre rooftop public-activated park. Called TRX City Park, it is designed by Lendlease in collaboration with landscaping engineers Oculus & Pentago. It definitely will feature young children’s backyard, water attributes, as well as shaded enclaves. It is going to also serve as a place to host shows including occasions.

Shops will consist of “new-to-market brand names, statement stores, and reimagined outlet structures”. Anchor occupants such as Golden Display Cinemas, Japanese department store Seibu, and even Hong Kong’s Dairy Farm Company. There can also be 100 eating outlets.
