Riverside apartments at London’s Triptych Bankside launched for sale in Singapore
The overall project consists of two housing towers of 14 plus 18 floors, an 85,000 sq ft office complex, and 29,000 sq ft of retail, wellness, and social areas. The units for sale belong to the East Establishment which includes 79 high-end apartments. Prices start from GBP995,000 for a one-bedroom condo.
Available amenities inside Triptych Bankside include multiple private lounges, games room, a private 14-seat in-house theatre, a 24-hour reception including attendant, and even communal designed yards.
So far this year, the project has clocked up around GBP150 million worth of housing sales.

Triptych Bankside is a GBP450 million ($736 million) mixed-use plan, designed by worldwide reputable builders Squire & Allies. It is being established by Main European realty developer J&T Real property.

The project is located near prominent art location Tate Modern, the world-renowned theater Shakespeare’s Globe and the cooking hotspot at Borough Market.
